EuroIMPACT

Aims & objectives

EuroIMPACT is an E+ mobility for youth workers, which aimed to adapt the project management methodologies to the youth work reality at both local, national or European level in order to raise youth projects'​ impact and to encourage the exchange of good practices. The project goal is to improve youth work impact at European level.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

It involves 7 countries, namely UK, Romania, Moldova, Croatia, Spain, Ukraine and Malta.

Training methods used & main activities

Non-formal education methods such as energisers, icebreakers, name games, team-building activities, treasure hunt, Casino, outdoor campaigning, round table, fish-bowl, storytelling, collage, creative writing, role-playing, intercultural communication
