Aims & objectives

Aims and objectives of this TC were to:
· Increase the awareness of young people with fewer opportunities and NGOs working in the youth field about the importance of activating their own potential to achieve economic independence and thereby contribute to the development of a more inclusive society.

· Participants will be equipped with concrete knowledge on how to achieve greater economic independence in connection with social responsibility and active citizenship.

· Encourage NGO representatives to think about how they can direct young people with fewer opportunities to their economic self-sufficiency programs or how young people can gain the necessary experience within them to start their own economic independence.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The team consisted 3 persons + help of the experts, who joined us for shorter inputs / lectures / lessions ... There were 27 participants from 13 countries attending this TC.

Training methods used & main activities

Non formal education approaches, simulations, reflections, lectures from experts, group work, work in pairs, reflections, filling in the BMG canvas, expert inputs etc.

Participants learned the creative process for developing "for-profit" strategies.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was a full time trainer, a co-creator and planner, implementor, evaluator and report writer on this project.

I worked on this training for 8 days as a full time trainer.
