Escape Radicalization 2.0

Aims & objectives

The training aimed to enable youth workers to strengthen preventative measures against radicalization of young people through the use of educational escape game concepts.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The training involved participants from Estonia, Czech Republic, Norway, Belarus, Ukraine, Denmark, Spain.

Training methods used & main activities

Small group work, Game design hackathons, Brainstorming sessions, Team-building activities, social research methods, design thinking techniques, simulation games were amongst the ones used.

Outcomes of the activity

The training resulted in development of 4 educational escape games available for educators to use in their contexts.
