Aims & objectives

OBJECTIVES OF THE PBA
• Introducing the new programme ERASMUS+, emphasizing new key actions (focusing on Key Action 1 for developing concrete project ideas);
• Exploring new opportunities, new rules, quality aspects, clarifying important issues etc
• Creating positive attitude and raising inspiration for the new programme (so the participants would become sort of „ambassadors“ for promoting new programme back home)
• Fostering partnerships for building projects in the new programme: developing project ideas and concrete action plans

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

TARGET GROUP: youth workers with experience in Youth in Action who would be in a position to build up new partnerhsips and projects for ERASMUS+.

INVOLVED COUNTRIES: Iceland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Ireland

speed-dating, working groups, open space technology, blended learning, learning diary

Outcomes of the activity

The event was clearly a success due to the amount of developed projects that would later be applied for under the ERASMUS+ programme

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was one of the two facilitators. In co-operation with the 3 named NAs, we proposed an agenda and a plan for preparation and follow-up, and we were in charge if implementing and facilitating it.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
