Aims & objectives

The aim of the training was to develop the skills necessary for the staff of the partner organizations to deliver the proposed intergenerational training program using creative drama.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Ireland, Romania, Italy, Czech Republic

Training methods used & main activities

We used the following methods:
face to face lessons, Theatre of the oppressed, icebreakers, different type of exercises, games and role plays.

Outcomes of the activity

The main goal was to build together useful tools to use during intergenerational trainings and daily life situations.
Each country made the same trainings built as network in Dublin at a local level. We done the training in Bologna and Carpi (I was one of the trainers).
We think that the training was a success thanks to the feedback received during and after the training and seeing that some of the activities proposed have been used even after the training in intergenerational situation.
