TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
This is a reference for Elena Tasheva Trpenovski
This Training Course responds to the growing challenges young people face today, such as social inequalities, emotional stress, isolation, and uncertainty in a rapidly changing world. The project uses creative and artistic methods as powerful tools for self-expression, connection, and improving emotional well-being.
Through a combination of creative workshops, storytelling, dancing, outdoor and community-based activities, participants will strengthen their self-awareness, self-confidence, and communication skills. The project creates a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where young people are encouraged to explore their emotions, embrace imperfections, and view challenges as opportunities for personal growth.
By fostering empathy, cooperation, and intercultural understanding, this project supports participants in becoming more emotionally aware and socially engaged. At its core, the project empowers young people to discover their full potential and use creative expression as a sustainable tool for personal development, social inclusion, and positive change.
