TOY - Trainers Online for Youth

EntrepreNext was a Training Course based on entrepreneurial competences with a focus on competences that are crucial in the 21st century - including digital skills - while highlighting the importance of impact making. We involves the topics of AI and how it affects the business scene and discuss controversies related to its use.
We had a group of 20 people - involving 2 trainers at the activity. Our participants were youth workers, educators, trainers, teachers, volunteers from 8 countries.
We used a diverse range of different nonformal educational methods and tools including creative recycling, simulation, outdoor, gamification, design thinking.
As a result, participants got the chance to practice first hand the challenges of starting a business,
work in a team, implement their ideas, using creativity, and a sense of initiative.
Furthermore, they explores how they can pass on this knowledge to their target groups, with what tools they can support young people to start their own journeys when developing abusiness idea. By the end of the training course, groups of participants designed their own workshops for young people that they then implemented in their own countries with their direct target groups.
I was the main facilitator of the activity, I designed and implemented the activity together with my co-facilitator.
