Aims & objectives

To empower the Youth Workers with clear understanding of Entrepreneurship and enhance their ability to motivate and empower local youth groups to start local businesses for boosting the economies.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Youth workers 18...50 y.o. from Denmark,Turkey, Romania, UK, Moldova, Bulgaria, Cyprus, France, Hungary, Italy.

Training methods used & main activities

Discussions, Presentations, Group work, World Cafe, Game techniques, Individual reflection, Debriefing, Space Dynamics, Pitching, Reversed Challenge, Theater techniques, etc.

Outcomes of the activity

The youth were empowered with clear understanding of Entrepreneurship and their ability to motivate and empower local youth groups to start local businesses for boosting the economies were enhanced.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

1) Providing a part-day team-building activity "Walk and talk" for the group;
2) Providing a full day session of Presentation Skills, Ideas Voting, project groups definition, the "Business Model Canvas" investigation and project results evaluation. Finally providing a Meditative Debriefing Session at the end of the day;
