Entrepreneurship for Future

Aims & objectives

The training is aimed for professionals who are wanting to gain a more thorough understanding of entrepreneurship and necessary skills to guide and mentor young people in developing entrepreneurial skills. Participants will grow on their skills to motivate youth and encourage them to participate in initiatives and entrepreneurship.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

24 participants - youth leaders, mentors, youth workers, managers, proejct coordinators.

CEFE MEthodology - business simulaitons, problem solving, study visits, case studies, role plays - experiential methods

- understanding of entrepreneurship and necessary skills to guide and mentor young people in developing entrepreneurial skills.
