Aims & objectives

The overall objective was to change the attitudes in the society towards more entrepreneurial. The specific objectives were networking, finding the best practices and exchange them

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The main target groups were schools and kindergartens (teachers and students) as well as municipality leaders in Estonia, Latvia, Sweden, and Finland

Training methods used & main activities

The project consisted of several different activities, such as study trips to different schools and kindergartens in the participating countries, conducting local trainings and international trainings, international seminars, and local pilot projects. Each of the sub-activity comprised different group works, presentations etc

Outcomes of the activity

The overall project resulted in the creation of the network, both national and international, dealing with enterprise in education - how to make teachers and students more enterprising, posing an attitude: Can do, Will Do :) More can be found at www.enterprisingself.com

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

My main role was to facilitate the overall project, taking responsibility of the budget and organising the events. During the training activities, I acted as a facilitator and a trainer

I worked on this training for 20 days as a full time trainer.
