-The better understanding of the psychological, social and economic characteristics of young people with fewer
opportunities than 27 people working with young people, during training.
-The development of professional competence (knowledge, skills and attitudes) of use of non-formal methods of education, especially activities based on consciousness and contact with nature, 27 people working with young people, during the training.
-Better understanding of the conditions and achieving greater social inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities, through methods based on contact with nature and consciousness, by 27 people who work with young people, during training.
-Increasing the motivation to work with young people with fewer opportunities 27 employees for young people during training.
"Empower your Nature" was designed based on the common needs and capabilities of the participating organizations and will bring together 27 participants from Serbia, Cyprus, Romania, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Germany and Northern Macedonia.
The 27 participants were people who work with young people with fewer opportunities, such as trainers, educators, youthworkers and want to be educated.
The training methods were learning based on nature, musical activities, storytelling activities, botanical art, ecological creativity and art, theatrical games, dance exercises, group work, discussion methods, artistic works, etc. Some of the non-formal learning methods that we will use in the implementation of the training are: team building, discussion, storytelling, nature activities, case studies, role play, reflection methods, thematic workshops (based on education based on nature, ecological psychology and creativity) etc.
Learning Outcomes:
-Widening the understanding of the needs of young people with fewer opportunities.
-Improved foreign language skills. Better interaction with the community.
-Creation of activities, adapted according to the needs of the young people
-Increased organization and goal setting of the participants.
LONG-TERM IMPACT:
-Creation of educational
material. Increased capacity for cooperation at the EU / international level.
-Information and readiness of partner organizations regarding the integration of good practices and new methodologies in their daily lives.
-Innovation of education at local, regional, national and international levels.

the creation of the final results and the follow-up activities.
