Aims & objectives

Objectives:
- providing participants a learning opportunity to gain concrete tools to work with young people from minority groups;
- building a learning community of people active in the empowerment of young people belonging to 2nd and 3rd generation in Europe in which is possible to share experiences and acquire new motivation for further action;
- offer a space to build innovative international projects and partnership in the field of empowerment of young people from minority groups.

-Youth workers / leaders working directly with young people with immigrant background or belonging to minority groupscoming from the following countries Bulgaria, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden,

Training methods used & main activities

Non-formal learning, including active participation and exchange of experiences, as well as self-reflection with a wide range of tools which were coherent with trainers and participants professional and organisational background.

6 different project ideas (mainly youth exchanges and transational youth initiatives) planned by participants
