Aims & objectives

International training and networking events that bring together officials and practitioners in youth work to strengthen the usage and exploitation of the possibilities offered by the ERASMUS+ and the European Solidarity Corps programmes for youth work at municipal level.

Making projects between different organisations at municaipality level.

We had a project lab where participants made projects and used the European Charter to look at youth work at local/municipality level.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

There where 20 countries represented in this TC with 30 participants.

Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Germany, France, Austria, Montenegro, Slovenia,
Croatia, Italy, Portugal, Iceland, Norway, Czech Republic, Greece,
Luxembourg, Romania, Serbia, Spain and Turkey.

Training methods used & main activities

We used:
- Organisation fair
- EGL Charter
- Different approaches to make projects - individually and together in groups
- Reflections using the house of reflection and reflection questions of the day
- Eco-system

Outcomes of the activity

The training resulted in 8 projects to be made across countries.
The evaluation stated that the participants where happy with the training and what they got out of it.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

We were 2 trainers in this TC where I was one of them. I had the responsibility of different sessions, and my main task was to make the projects and the lab to do this successful.
I also had co-responsibilty to make the group safe and ready to work with getting-to-know activities.

I worked on this training for 3 days as a full time trainer.
