• Create opportunity for youth leaders and youth workers to share experiences, best practices and tools for management of youth clubs, with specific attention on ways of reaching youth of different backgrounds, youth led projects, volunteers management, external communication and fundraising at local level.
• Maximize chances for youth workers and youth leaders to learn in first hand, discuss and analyze about efficient tools in youth clubs management applicable across different contexts.
• Enable practitioners from local level to share across Europe their experiences and lessons learned through creation of practical guidelines for efficient management of sustainable youth clubs.

The meeting was organized with motivated and experienced youth workers/leaders interested to widely share their “lessons learnt”. The facilitation of the group was done through plenary sessions, working groups sessions, interaction between working groups, attention to process of analyzing different tool and overview of final outlining of joint guidebook.
