NON-FORMAL is in response to the problem of the low functional literacy of young people in Bulgaria, found in the studies of the international organization PISA
Based on extensive research and exchanges between youth workers from Bulgaria, Turkey, Malta and Poland, we will develop practical training materials to improve skills, attitudes and knowledge of youth workers and trainers on the importance of non-formal education to increase the functional literacy of young people.

Facilitation of learning activities:
*Leading and guiding participants through the structured sessions. This includes:
*Presenting and discussing Green jobs case studies.
*Running hands-on sessions like Ecological workshops-building bird feeders and Upcycling workshops-making lanterns.
*Directing and managing the group activity Eco-charades.
*Evaluation sessions-reflection groups: Planning and facilitating sessions where participants can critically reflect on their learning experience, providing feedback, and discussing the impact of the activities.
*Assessing learning outcomes: Observing and documenting the participants' engagement, skill development, and understanding throughout the various tasks.
Ms. Katarzyna Rajs delivered knowledge to a group of youth workers from Turkey, Malta, Bulgaria, and Poland in a professional manner, aligned with the methodology of non-formal education. Her sessions were characterized by coherent and substantive expertise in the field of ecology, as well as by her passion and commitment to supporting youth workers in implementing their plans related to practical youth work.
