EcoLab promotes the economical and efficient use of resources, the thoughtful treatment of the environment and the responsibility towards future generations.
We empower young people to take responsibility for their ecological heritage and social environment.
Through our activities we support the efforts of Armenian civil society in taking steps to strengthen environmental protection.
Our team of trainers consisted of 4 trainers from Armenia and a 1 trainer from Germany.
In order to equip young people from rural areas with necessary competences to act for sustainability in their communities we are trying to support exchange of experiences among involved participants and experts on Sustainable Development as well as to increase participants knowledge and awareness about Sustainable Development as complex phenomenon and its' four dimensions. Thanks to the methods that we apply, we facilitate process of creating new ways that can be used by young people in order to promote sustainability in their daily life.
Involved young people became more active and engaged in the society. Most of the young people developed new projects together which they will implement during the next few months.
