E&E: together for our youth

Aims & objectives

This cooperation project between Valdeorras Vive and the Estonian association Ethos MTÜ takes place during 2022 and 2023, with two training courses and local activities, both in Spain and in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. It is a project that seeks to promote the social entrepreneurship and the cooperation between both countries, with an approach designed for youth workers in rural areas.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The project, a one-year cooperation, brought together 12 youth workers from Spain and Estonia. We selected active young people interested in rural entrepreneurship.

Training methods used & main activities

The training course was based on experiential learning, with real examples of entrepreneurship and innovation, study visits, interviews, debates, and workshops on communication, creativity, social values and cooperation focused on rural and social entrepreneurship.

Outcomes of the activity

The objective of this cooperation is to promote the entrepreneurship and the creation of innovative initiatives in rural zones, with a focus on non-formal education and cultural exchange between rural and urban areas.
