Aims & objectives

The training Drop in was supporting youth workers and teachers in the reintegration of early school leavers. It created inclusive methodology for these processes and allowed for a good practice exchange amongst the participants.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The group consisted of 24 European participants and an international team of trainers, who implemented the activity.

Training methods used & main activities

The methodology used outdoor education, non-formal education and change management tools to establish the situation of early school leavers. The group discussed reentry paths and how to ensure a flow of information to back to the target group.

Outcomes of the activity

We published a report for the activity and the training will be repeated in 2019 and 2020 in Bulgaria and Italy.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was a co-creator of the activity and helped to implement the activity.

I worked on this training for 4 days as a full time trainer.
