Violence against the weaker, attacks on racial, ethnic, and sexual minorities, a surge of hate speech towards refugees. In the 21st century, despite obvious advancements and civilizational progress, we still have to face the phenomenon of intolerance, which we know from ancient times. How can we effectively instill tolerance in society? This question became our starting point for creating the year-long educational project "The Youth's Path to Tolerance." Our actions during the project will serve to effectively promote tolerance and intercultural dialogue, affirm European ethical canons and a peaceful, open approach to the contemporary world, which often condemns minorities to ostracism and exclusion from communities. We want to promote democratic values by increasing the awareness of young people, as well as local and international communities, regarding tolerance. A significant point of reference for us are the disturbing phenomena we witness daily in Europe, manifested by intolerance, racism, xenophobia, aggression, and violence directed at ethnic minorities. We notice that such situations are intensifying and occurring more frequently; practically every one of us has directly encountered a manifestation of intolerance. During the implementation of the project, we want to achieve the following goals:
*broad and effective promotion of tolerance as the proper model for thinking about other ethnic and cultural groups,
*significantly expand the ability to effectively counteract conflict,
*support the process of building relationships across divisions within the framework of group work,
*thanks to teamwork, getting to know each other better, and exchanging experiences, we want to develop towards joint action for tolerance and understanding without barriers and ostracism towards others,
*we wish to jointly, within the framework of cooperation, learn empathy and humanism, so that we do not remain indifferent to manifestations of intolerance, hate speech, and physical aggression, and are able to effectively oppose it.

Ms. Katarzyna Rajs, over the course of the four-day project "Tolerance 5 – The Youth's Path Toward Tolerance," demonstrated exemplary commitment, passion, and dedication in supporting young participants in developing the final outcome – the preparation of a scientific conference on the topic of tolerance.
Thanks to Ms. Rajs's talent and professional skills in the field of non-formal education, she was able, in a very short time, to establish a strong connection with the youth, build their knowledge on the promotion of tolerance and awareness of its importance, and inspire them to engage actively in tolerance-related work. This was achieved through a variety of creative and educational activities, including songwriting, poster creation, discussions, and academic elaboration of the topic.
