Aims & objectives

Our main idea is to build trustful and long term partnership that will turn into quality youth in action initiatives. We will share the experience and other useful and practical information with other less experienced regional NGOs as a natural outcome of this
initiative.
The main theme of our initiative will be:
- human rights
- inclusion youth from disadvantaged background
- promotion of volunteering
- activating youth potential that will involve social issues and their representation in media
- European identity
- integration of youth from various diverse social and economic backgrounds

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

”Drive it to success"”- it is a Contact Manking Event (K1 mobility of youth workers) serving the purpose of developing contacts, creating new and high quality partnership, exchanging experiences among the participants from 10 countries ( EU countries) for international cooperation in future.

Training methods used & main activities

Our tools and methods were: games, team activities, workshops, discussions, presentations, open space, world cafe, trust games.

Outcomes of the activity

Our aim was to promote international cooperation and Erasmus Plus Youth, exchange ideas for future, high quality youth projects and facilitate the development of new projects with partners.
We created a booklet about project managing for the partners who where included in the projects and to share with other future partners and cooperation networks:

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

My role as a Co-Trainer was to coordinate and support the working prozess of the participants.
therefor is used different methods of cooperation and project management!
The whole teame was motivated all over the 5 days to get as much into future ideas of this goup.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
