Aims & objectives

Explored drama-based methods for youth work, including impro theater, physical expression, storytelling, and participatory theater techniques.

Developed practical skills in using body and voice, facilitating group processes, and creating safe and engaging learning environment.

Gained hands-on experience in image and forum theater, and built confidence in applying drama tools for reflection and youth engagement.

Outcomes of the activity

Trained 24 youth workers from seven countries in practical drama-based methods for youth work.
Strengthened participants’ skills in improvisation, storytelling, forum theatre, body and voice work, and group facilitation.
Increased their confidence in creating safe, engaging and participatory learning environments.
Supported participants to adapt and use the methods in their work after returning to their home countries.
Co-developed a practical toolkit for continued use by youth workers and facilitators.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was in the organisational team of the project and led the sessions related to get-to-know each other, storytelling and image theater

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
