Dive into Youth Participation

Aims & objectives

The Training Course aimed at improving the understanding and practices toward quality youth participation and how it can be embedded in organisational life or new projects among the participants. Participants were also able to explore the opportunities of the Erasmus+ Programme, focussed on the Erasmus+ Key Action 154 “Youth Participation Activities” .

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The Training Course was organised by the SNAC "New Power in Youth". The German NA was the host of the Training Course and due to the composition of the trainers, the Dutch NA and Finnish NA were also deeply involved and present throughout the Training Course. Next to me there was a trainer from the Netherlands and on from Finland.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Together as a team the trainers were responsible for conceptualizing and implementing the Training Course.

I worked on this training for 3,5 days as a full time trainer.
