Aims & objectives

The activities were related to strengthen the knowledge of 18 participants related to environmental protection and especially about good practices exchange.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Young people, especially youthworkers coming from 4 countries: Armenia, Ukraine, Estonia and Italy.

Training methods used & main activities

Non formal education activities, related with team building and different topics focused on the target of the project. Many session were related for the intercultural exchange, dialogue between pairs and common acknowledgements with local inhabitants.

Outcomes of the activity

Results of the evaluation processes were great, thanks to the efforts of the trainers team and to the openmindness of the group and to the place that helped to manage the training sessions in the best way as possible.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I co-developed the aims, contents, evaluation method and materials of the project and was trainer during the project.
Alessandro Nicotera, Enrico Elefante were part of the project team, as trainers, facilitators and logistic responsible.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
