Aims & objectives

The activities were related to strenghten the knowledges of 18 participants related to environmental protection and expecially about good practices exchange.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Young people, expecially youthworkers coming from 5 countries: Armenia, Ukraine, Estonia and Italy.

Training methods used & main activities

Non formal education activities, related with team building and different topics focused on the target of the project. Many session were related for the intercultural exchange, dialogue between pairs and common aknowledgements with local inhabitants.

Outcomes of the activity

Results of the evaluation processes were great, thanks to the efforts of the trainers team and to the openmindness of the group and to the place that helped to manage the training sessions in the best way as possible.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I've been responsible and Coordinator for the formation process. I planned the session and i leaded many ones during the first part of the project.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
