Aims & objectives

Project “Youth Work in Progress” aims to raise quality and sustainability of youth programs, through competence development of youth workers and leaders to provide innovative, modern and quality youth work service which effectively respond on current socio-economic needs of young people in EU and Western Balkan. The project lasts in period from November 2017 to September 2019 with SEEYN as Lead Applicant and Coordinator in consortium with 13 partners from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria,
Croatia, Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia, and Turkey.

This training aims to improve information and communication technology (ICT)
competences of youth workers needed for successful initiation, implementation and promotion of activities/projects outreaching and involving young people using digital tools and media.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Training had 21 participant from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria,
Croatia, Greece, Italy, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia.
Trainers team had 3 international trainers - experts from SEEYN Pool of Trainers.

Training methods used & main activities

Various interactive, engaging, NFE methods were used, among which:
* practical lab, small group work, discussion, moving debate, team building games, experiential activities...

Outcomes of the activity

One and half days of training were organized as practical lab, dedicated to deployment of digital tools in concrete youth work activities of participants. Diverse and quality outputs in practical lab were the first indicators the training was successful. Some of presentations demonstrated consisted from great selection and creative use of digital tools for concrete project and activities of participants.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

As a part of trainers/expert team consisted of 3 international trainers/experts. my task were to:
▪ Develop and implement online learning modules/sessions as part of preparation phase for participants on Moodle platform
“SEEYN Learning Platform” together with other 2 trainers and Platform Content Manager;
▪ Adjust the existing program and prepare the session methods of the Training together with other 2 trainers prior the activity
starts;
▪ Participate in 1 day in person preparation meeting in training venue together with the team;
▪ Deliver 6 days Training Course together with the training team according to the SEEYN Training Policy and rules of SEEYN
Trainer's Charter;
▪ Participate in daily evaluation and planning meetings together with the team;
▪ Provide support and feed back to participants during the Training Course;
▪ Participate in final evaluation of the Training and give recommendations for future similar activities;
▪ Provide written report for all the sessions, final timetable, resources and materials used

I worked on this training for 6 days as a full time trainer.
