Aims & objectives

Study course aims to develop differentiated couching skills of participants and to provide advanced knowledge of coacing tools, methods, applicabitily, effect. After the course, the youth workers shall be able to apply differentiated coaching in their own trainnings.

Official length of programme: 4 months (20 days x 8 direct contact hours)

All youth workers who have attended trainnings 20 days and have completed assigned tasks were awarded with certificates of achievements.

Organisation goals are to train youth workers and to share innovative training methods.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Yuoth workers. Participants from: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Ukraine.

Outcomes of the activity

Learning outcomes:
-Has basic knowledge on the principles of differentiated coaching; knows what the determinants for to apply in youth work are; has indispensable knowledge of an effective impact fo the methodology
-Can recognise situations when it is usuful to apply, has the skill to organise them; can use all differentiated coaching tools.
-Can design a simple methodology based on differnetiated coaching; has the skill to professionally manage the audience; can professionally manage learners

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was the main trainners, mentor and coacher for 5 groups. Every group had 20 days of contact hours. Helped them to develope youth workers curricular based on differentiated coaching. Also personal coaching session were lead by me.

I worked on this training for 20 days as a full time trainer.
