Aims & objectives

Course topics addressed the tharing knowledge and experiences about the reality of EVS in YOUTH programme countries and countries of South-East Europe. Establishing partnerships between participating organisations.

The project participants arrived from all Europe organised by the SALTO.

Developing a real EVS project

Presentation of YOUTH Programme and implementation of EVS in/with SEE
Workshops:
– Short-term EVS
– Intercultural learning in EVS
– Equal partnerships
– Preparation and support (tasks for mentors and coordinators)

Development of real project ideas.
Exchange of experiences with EVS.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was co-trainer in the training.
Intruduction of YOUTH Programme / EVS as a tool for developing youth work and voluntary service.
Give operational knowledge for EVS project management.
Show the quality standards of an EVS project

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
