Develop2gether - International contact-making seminar

Aims & objectives

- to build new partnerships between people, organizations and institutions;
- to initiate high quality projects organized in the frame of the Fund, especially in relation to: equal partnership, active participation, non-formal and intercultural learning;
- to increase skills on project management (project defining, partnership, filling the application form, budget);
- to exchange experiences on organizing international youth projects.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Participants:
Youth leaders or other multiplicators (youth and social workers, teachers, representatives of NGOs, etc.) working with youth from Poland and Lithuania
Team:
2 Trainers (Poland, Lithuania), 1 Co-ordinator (Poland)

Training methods used & main activities

Non-formal learning approach using games and excercises, simulations, discussions, small group work, etc.

Outcomes of the activity

- Contacts between people and organisations
- Knowledge about the Polish-Lithuanian Youth Fund
- Basic competence in creating a programme and managing a project within the field of Polish-Lithuanian Youth Work
