We were 2 trainers and a representative from the NA Norway. I was one of the trainers in this project.
This was the first time this kind of Democracy Reloading Project Lab was happening and I, together with my co-trainer and the NA made the Programme and the flow.
I was a full time trainer at this activity.
One of Mari's superpowers is to create a safe and light-hearted learning atmosphere. She is easily adapting to the group and has great attention to support those who are in need.
