Aims & objectives

Creatorship is a new creative leadership program designed by PiNA to empower innovative, authentic, collaborative and resilient leaders.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The training was run by an international team of trainers and delivered in Slovenia to a group 20 participants as a 3 months course including three residential sessions of two or three days and weekly online sessions.

Training methods used & main activities

The training, innovative in its approach and metodology brought together expert inputs, international best practicies, artistic facilitation apporaches, drama pedagogy, self reflection and group work.

The training group was from Slovenia, Italy, UK, Dubai and Bolgaria.

Outcomes of the activity

The training in an innovative approach to foster creativity in leaders.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was colead trainer. Developed and implemented the whole program.

I worked on this training for 14 days as a full time trainer.
