Creativity TC

Aims & objectives

TC Creativity was a 7 -day training course on creative thinking, creative problem solving and coping with barriers and obstacles blocking creative potential. The aim of the training wass to enable participants to acquire the specific, practical and effective skills to develop their creativity.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

24 people from Poland, Latvia, Romania, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Italy and Bulgaria.

Training methods used & main activities

During the training I worked with methods based on the principles of non-formal education and learning by experience. I also used the outdoor methods. The training was conducted by the group process, participants gradually expanded their knowledge and skills. They also had the occasion to learn from and about each other.

Outcomes of the activity

Participants have learnt a number of ways to creatively solve problems and deal with barriers in creativity. People taking part in the training have systematized their knowledge of creativity, they explored their own potential for creativity and learnt how to use it.
