The main objectives of the training course were:
to create a space for effective peer to peer education developing personal and group skills, knowledge and attitudes (SKAs) related to the project management and specifities of organizing it for people with disabilities;
to increase participants SKAs about working with youth and groups of youth with disabilities on different aspects of the preparation, implementation and follow up of local & international youth activities;
to develop participants SKAs about including youth with disabilities in NGO activities as an active creators and managers of the programmes;
to create a creative and safe space for sharing best experience and knowledge of working with young people with disabilities and inclusion of mentioned youth into everyday life of NGOs;
to increase the participants competences to disseminate learning achievements during the training course within society and within the youth activities;
to work on methods/strategies and concrete initiatives and projects to improve the inclusion of youth with fever opportunities into youth projects and NGOs daily life in particular and society in general.
27 youth leaders and youth workers from 25 partner organisations, 4 trainers from Portugal, Greece, Ukraine and Poland
NFE methodology, methods such as simualtions for participants to get int shoes of people with disabilitites, role plays, drama techniques etc.
Developed knowledge and skills how to involve youth with disabilities into youth projects, tarting from aplication proccess, through the activity itself and follow up.
Co-trainer - designing sessions and conducting them thogether with a team.
