Aims & objectives

Creative Climate Leadership (CCL) is an international training and transformation programme to empower artists and cultural professionals to take action on the climate and ecological crisis with impact, creativity, and resilience.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The trainers team (4) was a cooperation between two organizations from Slovenia and UK. The participants (28 for each of the two editions) were leaders from the creative sector across the globe, from EU, Asia, Latin America and Africa.

Training methods used & main activities

It was a groundbreaking leadership training on the topic of creativity as a vector for susstainability. The training was tailormade from scratch for this purpose by the training team. The metodologies used involved artistic approaches, drama metodology, expers inputs, international guests sharing best practices, group work, self reflection and plenary disscusion.

Outcomes of the activity

The training empowered young leaders to be leaders for a susstainable future by expressing fully their creative potential.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was colead trainer, i codesigned, planed and implemented the training with another co lead trainer and two trainers.

I worked on this training for 12 days as a full time trainer.
