TOY - Trainers Online for Youth

The participating network of organizations has aims to develop competences of participants from
different countries, open their mind and give them a chance to discuss issues, that really affect them ad their youth work. The new programme of Erasmus+ has great opportunities for young people all over Europe. which means it is open for different youth organizations and by their means organize various international projects, especially Youth Exchanges.
Aim:
* Youth Exchanges' quality improvement (in the frame of E+) by providing space for YE group
leaders to develop their competences, focusing on motivation and learning support.
Objectives:
* To promote and facilitate active approach to building appropriate models of motivation
* To achieve results and disseminate them (use gained experience in practice, in local organizations
and in international projects)
* To raise understanding of the role in Youth Exchanges and knowledge on personal and
professional development in youth work and other fields.
* To facilitate reflection on personal motivation to be a leader and self-evaluation.
* To build up creativity and communication skills, support inter-cultural exchange, foster mutual
understanding between young people in different countries, which helps to increase quality of Youth
Exchanges.
* To work on the key competences for active participation among youngsters.
The training was based on the needs of the partners thanks to long lasting cooperation.
Target group was to reach youth leaders who have or haven't yet participated as group leader. Participants must have come with motivation to develop competences in order to improve the quality of Youth Exchanges and to become role models working with youngsters in their communities.

The training course developed the following competencies and reached outcomes:
- 8 key competencies
-Dissemination of the outcomes in their own countries, in their organizations. (use the gained models
of motivating among the local youth.
- Communication on foreign and native language
- digital competences
- Turning an idea into action through international and local project
- Organizing support and cooperation to find appropriate models for motivation (make up the model of motivating youth to be
active in Youth Exchanges)
- Learning about other cultures, traditions and cultural heritage
