Cooperation for Youth Exchange Development 2016 - TC #1

Aims & objectives

Considering international youth exchanges as meaningful projects but also considering that Youth Worker/Leader must be trained to support this project, 6 organizations, members of the Contact 2103 network, gathered to carry out the project “Cooperation for Youth Exchange Development”.
The main goals of the projects are to:
• Help to understand the Erasmus + program, including the new opportunities it offer.
• Allow youth worker/leader to have intercultural collaboration experience
• Build efficient partnerships for the development of youth exchange project
• Share and exchange good practice in accompanying and supporting youth group
• Afford to have a mobility experience for Youth Worker/Leader that cannot free themselves for long periods.
• Start working and implementing youth exchange project

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Number of participants: 50 Youth Workers/Leaders
• 8 from Spain
• 9 from Turkey
• 8 from Romania
• 6 from Latvia
• 8 from Estonia
• 11 from France

- Manage 75% of the workshops - 4 days
- Coordination of the project
- Implementation of the Youth Pass
