Connecting Baltic - Europe for Citizens training

Aims & objectives

The aim of this training course was to promote collaboration between the potential users of the Europe for Citizens programme around the Baltic Sea.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The participants came from programme countries surrounding the Baltic Sea.

Training methods used & main activities

We used non formal education methods to promote group building and project development among the participants.

Outcomes of the activity

The participants gained knowledge about the Europe for Citizens programme and it's priorities and funding opportunites. They also got to know each other and learn some simple tools for project development.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was co-facilitator and trainer. I supported the group building and contact making as well as introduced the methods to the group.

I worked on this training for 2 days as a full time trainer.
