Improve and develop the teaching skills by comparing other approaches and methods developed at European level and more particularly with the European partners already identified.
Specifically:
- Develop new tools, methods and knowledge thanks to the learning mobility.
- Develop new skills : organisational, managerial and relational, including to ensure the effective management of all european projects.
- Strengthen the group cohesion of the teams.
- Strengthen relationships with new european high schools.
The group was composed by teachers and professionals from many fields working in the high school.
The diversity of their backgrounds but also the motivations to attend this Training Course were many and at different levels of understanding on the topics addressed.
During this training, only non-formal methods have been used such as energizers, outdoor activities, game-based learning and gamification, role play, team-building, group work, digital tools ... All these activities were related to the topics of the training and adapted to the teams' interests.
The digital approach deployed usually in schools is too institutional and disconnected from the digital reality of students, which has its own codes.
The aim of this training was to appropriate their digital space and tools serving the teams' objectives which are the students'academic success, their professional and civic integration.
The teachers were very statisfied wih the digital tools discovered during the training, the topics raised and participated in using those new tools for a better approach of their students' needs in the future.
Also the team building work boosted their group dynamic and reinforced their will to buid new projects together at national and european scale.
I was the trainer and facilitator of this project : from the building of the programme of the training (along with the NGO hired for that training), to the sessions' set up.
I created the learning contents, the activities and fostered the group dynamic through a diversity of tools : digital and non digital. Also during the training, I adapted to participants' interests and needs, proposing alternative/additional sessions.
