• Reflect on the challenges faced by Young people nowadays (lack of employability, economical crisis, forced migration due to lack of work, etc)
• Bring together youth workers and youth leaders from different cultures to share ideas and ways of using volunteering in social and sports activities for the development of employability skills of young people
• Reflect on the different ways in which volunteering in social and sports activities can be used to fight against racism and to enhance Citizenship
• Enhance the knowledge of participants as to the EUROMED program
• Develop future YiA and Euromed projects around the themes of Volunteering and Employability Skills
