Aim: Importance of Voluntary work in the field of Employability

Objectives:
- Provide an overview of Employability skills
- Implementing a community day
- Cultural awareness
- Problem solving issues related to the problems youth face in the work field

Target group: Youth & Youth workers
Countries: UK, Spain, Jordan, Italy, Egypt, Lebanon and Turkey
Number of participants: 22

- Community day was successful

- The participants had the ability to implement their own ideas (entrepreneurship) and this was one of the key competences they acquired
- 5 videos were created

- Graphic documentation of the training
- Preparation of the community day clustering the ideas and organizing them to suit the day.
-Supervising the community day
- What is happening in the Euro-med Field and future prospects
- help in the creation of the DEOR material (Videos)
- Team building
- Share in the implementing the employability skills
