Aims & objectives

• To support the participants to discover for themselves what’s for you Inner Leadership. (What do you need for yourself to take responsibility over your actions)
• To support participants to become more aware of themselves in past, present, future perspective and in so doing be enabled to make conscious choices and decisions that fit with their goals in life and your environment. (In other words: make a connection between your feelings and your actions and behaviour (inner vs leadership)
• To show the participants coaching tools
• To inspire the local community with how we see Inner Leadership and coaching
• To look at how we as individuals can rely on our own resources, because we are all creative, resourceful and whole.
• To encourage participants to imagine that Everything is Possible!

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Youth workers, trainers from Romania, Germany, Jordanie, Poland, Ukraine.

Training methods used & main activities

This training course was based on non-formal and informal education with a self-directed learning approach. The training course was developed from the expectations and needs of the participants and the experience and knowledge from the trainers. The training course was characterized by highly participatory, interactive and experiential methods. The working methods included (personal) case studies from the participants, individual reflecting tasks, working in pairs and small groups, team building activities, discussions, experiencing exercises, reflection groups, workshops developed by the participant and self-assessment.

Outcomes of the activity

The participants were learning how to coach other persons. They did by themselves during the festival in Cluj, practising the coaching tools they learned during this TC.

I was one of the two trainers.

I worked on this training for 4 days days as a full time trainer.
