Aims & objectives

The project aimed to train youth workers & youth
leaders in using coaching tools & techniques to assist young people in the process of becoming active in the labour market.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

28 participants from Sweden, Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands, Estonia, Romania, Turkey, Cyprus

Training methods used & main activities

Peer-2-peer coaching, small group work, world cafe, coaching demo, effective questioning, simulation game, field work.
