Aims & objectives

-Receiving useful feedback on the draft of the Voting Toolbox
-Developing action plans for upcoming time: developing tools, guidelines, and a strong, reliable action plan
-Facilitating a space for interaction between people from different cultures and (political) backgrounds

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

30 young Europeans:
Countries;
Belgium, Bulgaria, Italy, Latvia, Portugal, Moldova, Spain

3 Trainers:
- 2 from Greece, 1 from Ireland

Outcomes of the activity

• The development of partnerships between the different youth organisations that will be
represented.
• Exchange of good practices and experiences focusing on increasing the participation rate of young people at different levels.
• Reviewing the draft voting toolbox from the first part of the training
•Action plan creation based on the different organisations

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

With my co-trainers, we;
• Did 3 preparatory meetings
• Created the agenda, decided on the sessions and the flow
• Did the reporting

I was responsible for;
• Creating and delivering one's day reflection activity
• The toolkit presentation
• The action plan creation sessions (action plan theory, techniques, tips, support to the pax etc.)
• The feedback and evaluation session
• The closing of the training

I worked on this training for 4 days as a full time trainer.
