Aims & objectives

The training was a partnership building activity about EVS. So the aims were related to creating a good and strong sense of partnership in the participants, empower to create new projects, raise awareness and knowledge about EVS.

The needs were essential to raise awareness about EVS and to create stronger and thustable partnerships for projects.

These needs were also the main objectives of the organisations that were participating.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The target group were members of the organisations with experience in EVS or with will to work with EVS as sending or hosting organisation and/ or as mentors.
The countries that participated were: Portugal, Italy, Spain, Romania, Czchec Republic, Greece, Turkey, Estonia, Norway. In a total of 18 participants.

Training methods used & main activities

We used different kind of NF learning methods and tools: Name games, trust games, Team building games, debate in groups, world cafe, non-formal presentations, videos...

Outcomes of the activity

The activity was a sucess because their were created partnerships and EVS projects were applied.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

My role was double: organiser and Trainer:
I worked in the daily program, to implement some activities, attend the team meetings, caring communication with the participants.

I was a full-time Trainer.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
