Aims & objectives

Meet with young people from all over Europe and exchange ideas about open and global Europe with focus on the three domains: learning, civic, careers
Be involved in EU Youth Dialogue activities to meet, create and present to decision makers policy recommendations that reimagine youth learning, civic engagement and careers in relation to open and global Europe.
Exchange of the results and celebrate achievements
To develop youth policy recommendations on new pathways to learning, civic engagement and careers for decision makers to take into account at local, regional, national and European levels

Support facilitators from Cities of Learning partners, young experts for thematic workshops, 2 event facilitators,

Training methods used & main activities

Large group dynamics, discussions, workshops, plenary sessions, youth policy dialogues, thematic working groups.

Outcomes of the activity

The forum brought together more than 100 young people, youth workers, representatives of grassroot organisations and decision makers from 8 different countries across Europe.

Youth policy recommendations co-created by young people and presented to local and European decision-makers on the following issues: mental health,inclusion,participation,sustainability and non-formal learning.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was coordinating the organisers and facilitators team and was responsible for a side workshop on using Virtual Reality.

I worked on this training for 4 days as a full time trainer.
