The training activity took place
in Kljuc, Bosnia and Herzegovina
organised by Youth Council of Kljuc – Vijeće mladih općine Ključ
24th of February-5th of March, 2017

Aims & objectives

*Raising the awareness level of the decision making opportunities for youth, using non-formal methods and instruments;

*Increasing the level of expertise of the 40 youth (5 youth from each organization) on the importance of Implementation of Youth policy and inclusion of youth in decision making process by implementing local campaign/civic initiative;

*Developing new project ideas/workshops/initiatives that will be implemented after the project ends;

*Sharing best practices in Evaluation and Monitoring of Youth policy for better lifestyle quality of youth;

*Enhancing the intercultural dialogue by the help of both target groups, in order to consolidate an European education based on diversity, during the implementation of the project.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

24 youth workers coming from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkey, Romania, Macedonia, Monte Negro, Croatia, Italy and Serbia

Training methods used & main activities

*Non-Formal Learning Methods

*Different type of methods such as are simulations, exercises, creative approaches (artistic and theatre work), small group discussions, working with images (pictures/videos) and many more will be used

Outcomes of the activity

*Create more than 20 video messages that will motivate youth to get involved in decision making process.

*Create the document TOOLS AND METHODS IN MONITORING AND EVALUATION OF YOUTH POLICY
