to dveelop Intercultural commuication/manajement skills/team work and produce short video as a mini project. the video visualizes Caucasus: three countries with the one story.

seminar used different methods concerning topics such as management skills, time management, conflict management, social media in use. team work and team building

Outcomes of the activity

after the seminar participants had one more meeting in Armenia and Azerbaijan in order to finalize video and plan future activities/presentations

I was one of the organizers of the seminar and trainer who lead different sessions

I worked on this training for 6 days as a full time trainer.
