Aims & objectives

To improve the international work and European youth projects of organizations form 7 different countries.
To ensure the proper platform to create viable partnerships in the youth field
To cultivate competencies in communication and partnership management
To create the proper synergies for experience sharing and quality output in projects

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Participants were key personnel in their organizations (youthworkers, project managers, management). In the training activity, there were 2 persons per organization from Romania, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Slovenia, Portugal, Poland.

Training methods used & main activities

NOn formal education was the base for this activity. In implementing this activity i have used various methods and tools (such as: role play, story-telling, simulation, teambuilding, open space technology) in order to offer a diversified, meaningful learning experience.

Outcomes of the activity

participants had a multi benefit learning experience in order to improve their organizations' quality in youth projects, but also for their own professional figure. The project was a success, considering that from here, there are created some long time partnerships in long term EVS projects and youth exchanges. Some of the organizations involved are still working together at this time (after more than 4 years).
