Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was responsible for leading most of all workshops and activities connected with the topic. As well as some of the innovative activities and but at the same time taking care of the team building and ice-breaking games, in the beginning, to make the team more dynamic and get well together fast enough for better quality.
On the side next to me, I had young trainer who was helping me with ice-breaking games, some other activities where It was important to connect group and participants. We managed to give a deep look about urbanization through research that was asked by the participants to make through the activities and workshops plus we managed to give some knowledge about presentation skills and conflict management as we raised the topic of Abigail and used it as a tool and it was successful knowing the results.

At all this time next to leading sessions and transferring knowledge to participants, I was helping and supporting the process of developing skills of inexperienced trainers who were next to me.

I worked on this training for 6 days as a full time trainer.
