Aims & objectives

1. Train, support and inspire youth workers in developing countries to enact localised projects on peace education and dialogue between conflict groups of youths to promote inclusive societies and social cohesion
2. Give participants the tools to develop their core competences (knowledge, skills, attitudes) and foster the promotion of key European values that are transferable in their future education, employment and personal development
3. Develop, test, publish and disseminate tools on peace education and dialogue using good practice already established in Europe that can be adapted to regional contexts through innovative ICT tools

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Participants: two youth workers/leaders from each participating country - Cameroon, Ghana, Peru, Paraguay, Philippines, Indonesia.

Team: two trainers from IFM-SEI and two trainers from ELIX.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I had oversight of the programme planning and delivery, supporting the project manager and other team members. I took a lead on the digital storytelling and creative media elements.

I worked on this training for 6 days as a full time trainer.
