TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
This is a reference for Viktor Krstevski
The project's goal is to provide Youth Workers with the chance to advance their professional, social, and personal skills in order to execute inclusive activities that are appropriate for and tailored to the preferences and requirements of young people. The necessity for youth workers who work with the project's partner organizations to identify, understand, and spread a tool that enables first-hand social inclusion experience led to the development of this project. In order to fully promote social inclusion, youth workers must be aware of the realities, needs, and backgrounds of their target groups. This awareness leads to the need for training on how to effectively include people with disabilities, people from diverse cultural backgrounds, and people who are subject to discrimination because of their gender or current status in society.
Participation of 12 youth workers and 2 trainers from Romania, Italy, Spain, North Macedonia, Turkey, Poland and France.
Non-formal educational methods.
